Since Korean BBQ has never let me down and the Century City food court has also never let me down, I decided to check out Sorabol, the Korean BBQ place in the Century City food court. At the time it seemed like a great idea. I walked up to their stand and saw a few different food items hanging out in heating trays, so I chose their beef short ribs. They looked a bit dry, but the woman behind the counter ladled some sort of Korean sauce over them. They came with noodles, rice and some vegetable sides. Another Reason to Love Steak
June 11th, 2009The Daily Mail in the UK just released information about the affect of steaks and other red meats on male semen (as opposed to female semen, ewwww). The conclusion is that it decreases the quality of the semen and makes them slower. It actually makes it much more difficult for men to conceive. It’s funny, because the article makes this information out to be a bad thing. Well, I’m not planning on becoming a father anytime soon, which means it’s time for me to eat all the steak I can get my hands on. Talk about a natural contraceptive. This is the best news I’ve gotten since studies showed Mountain Dew decreases the sperm count.

Beer Me Some Breckenridge Agave Wheat
Colorado is definitely a beer state, and not just because Coors comes from the Rocky Mountain State. No, it is also home to New Belgium (of Fat Tire fame) and seemingly countless other micro and craft breweries. While in Breckenridge for a ski weekend, I decided I had to at least try one of these, and because it turned out to be the only one available at dinner, my choice happened to come from the creatively named Breckenridge Brewery. The brewery, by the way, is actually no longer in Breckenridge, having expanded and moved to Denver in 1992.
