It is an institution and a food destination (everyone must go at least once in their life!). Canadians damn near had a collective heart attack when we heard Céline was buying Schwartz’s, mostly out of fear she would turn it into a lousy chain restaurant (there is precedent due to a chain called Nickel’s, which sucks), but it turns out she isn’t changing a thing. For that, un gros merci à Céline!
