As shown in one of my photos, tourists look at a typical waterhole scene in Etosha National Park (Namibia’s main game viewing park) as a delightful photo opportunity. Namibians, on the other hand, find their mouth watering and start seeing them turning into steaks right before their eyes, just like in the cartoons! Zebra, warthog, gemsbok, eland, kudu, springbok…all delicious! And even better…it’s the ethical thing to do.
