While living over there I tried horse myself. I was raised up on a dairy farm in Iowa and not no stranger to ranching ways. So I was game for trying new things even after I heard about people getting sick off it.

Well, no thanks, I’d rather have a plate of the cheapest, toughest hide of an old dairy cow over a plate of horse any day. Alot cheaper meat too.
