In fact in Naples they do not cut the pie into slices, it can either be folded in half or quarters to be eaten that way, or sliced with a knife and eaten with a fork. The 00 pizza flour that is used produces a softer crust then what you would traditionally find in either a NY style slice or any chain type pizza.
