Long wait times can only mean one thing, the place is really good. Still, I’ve never understood why people waist their life away waiting for hours to eat a meal. Time doesn’t give refunds. I don’t care how good a place is, if I can’t get seated within 20 minutes, I’m outta there. Well, unless they offer a number system and have great beer at fair prices. If I’m going to waist my life away waiting for a table, I have to get drunk in the process. That way I feel like I’m doing something.
