What I said that many meats cannot come in the US and that the Bresaola (cured beef) comes from Uruguay. All our prociutto di Parma and San Daniele, are coming from Italy, as well as the mortadella.

Finally, not to get bored, I rpomise, it’s enough to change what one orders: from the homemade ravioli to the veal cutlet, from the eggplant parmigiana to the trofie al pesto, it’s difficult to get bored!.
