But I generally don’t prefer northern Vietnamese food because.. Like any northern part of any country I can think of, it lacks spice and fat. You’ll find the Pho varieties with organ stuff in Vietnamese restaurants that offer central/southern Vietnamese cuisine. Try Vietnams Pho in the Strip and get the bun thit nuong (charbroiled pork on vermicelli) or bun bo hue (spicy beef noodle soup). Lots of meat, minimal veggies, lots of flavor. 🙂

Also, if you go, your wife has to text me so we can join you since we live in the Strip and it’s rude to go there without us!
