Hunks of artichoke as well, not blended in.

Yeah I figured it was something like that as well, but seriously if there was a pizza place just called “Cheese” and made pizza like that, I would definitely go.

I think it comes down to marketing though. Since there are a lot more hip vegetable eaters than un-veegans, its easier to market something like ‘exotic artichoke pizza’ than ‘NYC’s Best Cheese Pizza’. It still shouldn’t have had all that green stuff though.
